I became a CEO at 30 and have led companies including Elfa International and Rottefella, alongside experience with Nestlé, MAXBO and Adolfsen Group.
For more than a decade, I have brought that experience into my work with accomplished leaders, owners and investors.
But I bring something else.
I have made the transition myself.
